We offer two categories of rooms: Executive Suite and Premier Suite.
All rooms feature a well-designed layout, consisting of a living room with a kitchenette and a mezzanine-style bedroom—perfect for relaxing or hosting friends. Additionally, each room comes with a balcony, ideal for smokers. The Executive Suite includes a private balcony, offering enhanced privacy and comfort.
Dia Park Residences caters to both long-term stays for expatriates and short-term stays for business travelers. Regardless of the duration of your stay, you will enjoy functional amenities and high-quality services designed for your convenience.

Breakfast
Our breakfast buffet is available in a dedicated Japanese-exclusive dining area next to the restaurant on the 4th floor.
We offer a selection of nearly 20 menu items, including traditional Japanese cuisine and continental dishes, featuring freshly baked goods from Dia Park’s renowned bakery. Whether you prefer rice, bread, or a light breakfast, you can choose according to your personal style and daily preferences.
For those who prefer to enjoy breakfast in their room, room service is also available. Please feel free to request it at your convenience.
Room Cleaning
Our daily room cleaning service includes linen replacement and dishwashing, ensuring a clean and comfortable living space with Dia Park’s premium quality standards.
Enjoy a stress-free environment after a busy day or before welcoming guests, without worrying about household chores.
Of course, if you do not require cleaning on a particular day, simply place the “Do Not Disturb” card on your door to skip the service with ease.
Laundry and Ironing
We offer complimentary laundry service for up to 5 items per day.
Simply place your clothing and a completed laundry slip in the laundry bag and hang it on your room door by 9:00 AM. Your freshly washed and ironed clothes will be delivered to your room by 8:00 PM the same day. Please note that dry cleaning is available at an additional charge.
For those who travel frequently and prefer weekend batch laundry or need daily washing of work clothes on weekdays but not on weekends, we can suggest customized plans to suit your lifestyle. Feel free to consult us for the best option.
Japan Concierge

We offer chauffeur services, including airport transfers, for an additional fee.
For airport pickups, we adjust the schedule according to your flight status, ensuring a smooth experience even if there are delays or changes in arrival time. Our driver will be waiting outside the airport building with a placard for easy identification.
Additionally, our service is available 24/7, so you can travel with peace of mind, even for late-night or early-morning flights.
